The Brief

Picture this: post-Covid vibes, an empty data center floor in need of a serious facelift, and a mission to attract big names back into the scene. That was the challenge we faced with "Celebrate Chicago" at our data center in the Windy City. Plus, we had to entice potential clients with style, charm, and a dash of that Chicago flair.

The Solution

The empty data center floor needed a serious makeover in order to celebrate anything. We kicked things up a notch by infusing elegance into every detail. From crafting captivating welcome videos to designing sleek invitations, a standout logo, and mouthwatering menus, we left no stone unturned. But the real game-changer? Those interactive monitors strategically scattered throughout the data center, offering guests an immersive tour like never before. It was all about creating an unforgettable experience that showcased the best of Chicago and attracting the big names we needed.

The Results

"Celebrating Chicago" was a roaring success! We had live music pumping with a Blues Brothers band, a swanky step and repeat outside for those Instagram-worthy moments, and let's not forget the spread of delicious Chicago-style eats. But the real kicker? We gave a hundred tours and snagged a whopping 300 new leads, resulting in some serious ROI magic. Ka-ching!

Breaking it Down

Looking back, I couldn't be prouder of what we accomplished. It was a whirlwind of creativity, collaboration, and, let's be honest, a whole lot of fun. Being able to infuse elegance into every aspect of the event while still keeping it true to Chicago's spirit was an absolute blast. And seeing the tangible results? Well, let's just say it was the cherry on top of the deep-dish pizza! Oh, and let's not forget about the cherry on top of the cherry—our donation of $15,000 to a local charity, the San Miguel School. It felt amazing to give back to the community that has given us so much.
